Armory Week - New York City

Hey Glitch fans!

Wanted to let you guys know that I'll be featured at an exhibition in the See.Me gallery in New York City.  I shared the details below. Unfortunately I won't be able to attend but if you're in the area, definitely stop by.  The See.Me guys throw a sick party and it's a great place to meet other artists.  Plus, free wine. :D

Glitch Art Gallery Opening

OMG amazing news! My glitch art photography is going to be featured at a gallery opening in New York City. I mentioned that I have my glitch art for sale on a profile on See.Me . Well, the editors have picked three of my pieces to a part of this international exhibition. It's the launch of their new digital exhibition space. Man! These guys are awesome! I would love to see fans of glitch art there.  The opening reception is on July 25th and I'll definitely be attending. I posted the invitation below.

See.Me

I recently joined a new social network geared specifically towards creative professionals and artists.  It's called See.Me and I would love it if you checked out my profile.   The nice thing about See.Me is that they work with you to promote and publicize your work.  They have events each month and even bigger ones each year.

Right now I'm in competition for a cash grant and an exclusive gallery opening in good ol' New York City.  They'll display my work on a 30ft screen during the party if I win.  I've always intended my glitch art panoramas to be shown in their actual size.  And I mean, literally, like the size of a building (or at least a large car).

Glitch Art isn't static.  It's forever changing and developing.  The image itself might be frozen but the mood and the feeling isn't.  When viewed on a large scale my glitch art gives the viewer more opportunity to engage with the piece and make their own assessments about the message.

If you're so inclined, I'd really appreciate it if you could support me at largerstory.see.me/.  You can either make a financial contribution or share my profile on Facebook and Twitter.  Honestly, exposure helps just as much as cash.   Would you mind doing me a favor and sharing?

Thank you!
